Early Years Child Care Center: "A Place Where Learning Is Fun"

(PRLEAP.COM) October 5, 2008- Denville, New Jersey- Early Years Child Care Center is a childcare provider that strives to meet the needs of today’s working parent. According to Nick Rella, owner of the facility, Early Years also caters to any family situation, whether it be working parents that require full-time care or for parents that simply want his or her child to develop a balance between an educational environment and a play program where fun is the focus.

Aside from providing discounted rates to parents with multiple children, Early Years also provides full time care, an after kindergarten and after school program for the local elementary schools ( Riverview and Lakeview Schools). Buses transport the children to and from schools free of charge. They also provide a complete fun filled 8-week summer camp program, field trips, activities and lastly a flexible part time nursery school for parents wanting to enroll their children for only a few hours per day.

"We really wanted to create a program that offered as many options as possible." Rella said. This ensures that parents with even the most hectic schedules are obliged.

Rella also says Early Years prides itself on its loving and caring staff and that is what sets them apart from similar facilities.

"Our staff is very well trained in understanding children .They are all very well qualified, they are people that many years of experience working with pre-school aged children," Rella said. "They [the staff] are routinely trained in teaching children while making them feel comfortable in a loving environment. Our goal is to develop a safe, secure environment for the child and in which provides a parent with a very comfortable feeling about leaving their child. We want parents to know and feel that their children are in very good hands, once they step foot out of our doors.

Early Years understands that young children view the world concretely, and as they mature in age, their views mature also. Thus, Rella says the earlier ages are the most critical.

To celebrate the growth of each child, Early Years holds a graduation every year. "It is a full blown, cap and gown event were the children actually perform for their parents," said Rella as he talks about his proudest moments at the school. "Parents can see what their child has accomplished over the course of the year."

Together, Nick and Hilda uphold a strong philosophy in the manner of which they educate the children attending Early Years.

"You have to have an adornment for children and incredible patience. We really put forth a lot of passion behind what we do." Rella said. "It’s not a typical learning environment. We make sure children are learning in the most fun ways."
