AFA release MSP Programme Management & M_o_R Risk Management Resource Pages

‘After creating our PRINCE2 resources section just 6 months ago we have had proven success with over 7000 unique visitors and great feedback from clients and trainers alike. AFA wanted to expand the website and offer more to those delegates considering or having passed the MSP and M_o_R examinations.’ Said Stuart Flatt, AFA’s Training Manager’

In the resource section there are now categories for PRINCE2, MSP, M_o_R and a new links section linking to other useful resources. Included are: Sample Exam questions; ‘What is’ factsheets; and other templates and models. The Sample Exam Questions are designed to test users’ knowledge to Foundation level. Depending on the score achieved guidelines are provided for the next step.

The ‘What is’ factsheets provide a useful download for those considering programme or risk management as a career or for implementing the methods into their organisations.

Stuart added ‘Since the release of the new MSP and M_o_R manuals over the past 18 months AFA have seen a large increase in the number of delegates attending their courses, as well as the number of organisations adopting and embedding the best practice methodologies. To help our clients even more, we wanted to expand our online resources sections to include information on MSP Programme Management and M_o_R Risk Management.’

In addition to providing a resource section on their website, AFA provide training courses associated with the Office of Government Commerce’s Best Practice methodologies throughout the United Kingdom as public scheduled courses and in-house courses around the world.
