Boyden Global Executive Search Principal Marie McNeice Interviewed by NJ Biz

And staying with a firm for 15 years? Not necessary, said McNeice. Many firms owned by private equity are more likely to employ professionals with the experience they need for just a few years, possibly on contract or with an exit strategy.
