UK BASED SMALL PRESS STARTS HURRICANE KATRINA RELIEF PROJECT

(PRLEAP.COM) “Hammer of Time is a project we have had on the back burner for some time,” said Editor in Chief Chris Lynch. “Our first ever comic book work was for a charity, and when we saw what was happening in America we felt compelled to make producing something to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina a priority. We’ve reached out to the UK independent comics community and asked them to help us with artwork, stories, and publicity. We’ve had a great response, but we still need more!”

Monkeys with Machineguns released their first ever comic “Monkeys with Machineguns in Heaven and Hell” at the Bristol Comic Expo in May 2005, having formed the year before to contribute work to the charity comic “The Sorrow”. They are currently working on several new projects and properties, due for release in the new year.
