ICELANDAIR TAKES OFF FROM ORLANDO SANFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

(PRLEAP.COM) Columbia, MD, November 21, 2005 - Icelandair will launch service from Orlando Sanford International Airport starting March 27, 2006, moving from Orlando International Airport, their Florida base of operations since 1985. Orlando Sanford is the fastest growing airport in the US and offers Icelandair passengers numerous amenities including convenience, service and premier shops and restaurants.

Icelandair will maintain four flights per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, with non-stop service to the airline’s hub in Reykjavik, Iceland, and easy connections to Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Glasgow, London, Oslo, Paris, Stockholm and additional seasonal destinations in Scandinavia, Great Britain and Continental Europe.
